The official tally for my yearly page count is 8,042. My goal was 10,000, but I didn't hit too far off, especially considering how hectic these last few months have been for me.

I am going to be starting my next tally soon!

i have a question...i've just started reading nora roberts in the past couple of months.and i'm already hooked.i've noticed a lot of talk of jd robb. if i understand correctly, that is one of her pen names. are the jd robb books the same style as the ones penned in her own name? and do you happen to know the reason she uses the name jd robb?

Hi! JD stands for her sons--Jason and Dan. She chose Robb so it would be next to Roberts in the library and bookstore.

Enjoy!

J.D. are the initials of her two son's names. Robb is just an off-shoot of Roberts.

They are similar to style, but more of detective-murder mystery types. Still has the element of romance, though.

I think you've read more than I have! I'm glad to know that, since my family thinks I'm ridiculous for reading her books.
